We are seeking an AutoCAD Drafter for our Sheridan, WY office.

Qualifications:

  • · Possess an associate’s degree or higher in AutoCAD drafting or civil design
  • · Thorough working knowledge of AutoCAD and its inner workings
  • · One year of experience (minimum) in civil drafting and design
  • · Experience in oil and gas, municipal, commercial and private design is preferred

Experience:

  • · Experience with oil and gas related civil design projects for oil and gas development
  • · Experience with municipal and private development civil design projects
  • · Knowledge of construction and surveying is a plus
  • · GIS experience is a plus

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • · Draft final civil design and survey plat deliverables
  • · Manage and budget time spent on drafting projects
  • · Quality control and review of design/drawings
  • · Process & prepare field survey data for use in design deliverables

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Job description

Duties:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors.
  • Assist with travel plans for employees.
  • Coordinate staff calendars and meetings.
  • Event planning.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronically and physically.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.

Job Description:

Qualifications:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering from an ABET or NAAB accredited school
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
  • Attention to detail

  • Maintain appropriate file structure and naming conventions
  • Manage projects from start to finish
  • Work as a team member
