Qualifications:
- · Possess an associate’s degree or higher in AutoCAD drafting or civil design
- · Thorough working knowledge of AutoCAD and its inner workings
- · One year of experience (minimum) in civil drafting and design
- · Experience in oil and gas, municipal, commercial and private design is preferred

Experience:
- · Thorough AutoCAD experience and knowledge
- · Experience with Carlson or comparable desktop Civil Survey processing software
- · Experience with oil and gas related civil design projects for oil and gas development
- · Experience with municipal and private development civil design projects
- · Knowledge of construction and surveying is a plus
- · GIS experience is a plus
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- · Draft final civil design and survey plat deliverables
- · Manage and budget time spent on drafting projects
- · Quality control and review of design/drawings
- · Process & prepare field survey data for use in design deliverables
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Job description
Duties:
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Assist with travel plans for employees.
- Coordinate staff calendars and meetings.
- Event planning.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronically and physically.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Assist project managers in reviewing documents as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering from an ABET or NAAB accredited school
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, is preferred.

- Civil Engineering Design including well pads, roads and pipeline alignment
- Perform all aspects of site design such as processing surveys, grading, drainage, stormwater management, water distribution and sewer collection, erosion control, SWPPP reports, and construction cost estimating
- Review permitting documents for Oil and Gas projects
- Maintain appropriate file structure and naming conventions
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Work as a team member
