Job description

Duties:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors.
  • Assist with travel plans for employees.
  • Coordinate staff calendars and meetings.
  • Event planning.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronically and physically.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Assist project managers in reviewing documents as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year(s) of office experience.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and faxes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Outgoing and positive attitude.
  • Self-starter and eager to learn about the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
